The Partnership
Muthoot Healthcare is implementing Efeedor's Patient Experience Management Software (PXMS) across both their Kozhencherry and Pathanamthitta hospital campuses. The implementation includes:
- Multi-channel patient feedback collection (QR code, SMS, bedside tablets)
- Real-time NPS and CSAT tracking at department level
- Automated complaint escalation and resolution tracking
- Patient concierge module for managing in-patient requests
